When can I start using Remedy? Do I need to download the software

Remedy is a cloud-based solution optimized for the Chrome browser, with compatibility also available for Firefox and Safari. Please note that Remedy does not support Internet Explorer. After purchasing Remedy, your account will be promptly set up, and you can easily log in using the email address associated with your purchase. During the point of sale, you'll have the opportunity to create a unique password, and if necessary, password reset functionality is conveniently accessible on the login screen.

Is there an onboarding fee?

In some cases there may be an onboarding fee so we can make sure you are getting the most out of Remedy and your business is fully optimized in the R4 Framework. We can perform an option R4 Business Framework Audit to ensure your business is optimized for marketing performance.  

How long can I expect it will take to get set-up with Remedy?

Depending upon the reasons and features that you purchased Remedy, some may take a longer investment of time to set up vs. others. Our onboarding journey will help you get started and each call can take approx. an hour, depending upon your time and commitment.
